  • John Blank, 1754 to 1773, a carpenter in NYC, is probably two early.

Jacob Blank Sr., 1799 Franklin, carpenter and Jacob Blank Jr., Franklin, farmer. Jacob Blank Jr. building a house for his parents right after he and Mary bought land from Jacob Sr. and Catherine. The two transactions were $1000 and $1250 respectively. (The deed / contract is rather difficult to follow.)
