Two candidates:

1800 tax, Bern, PA, joiner
2nd Tier
-
George Henny
b 1798, Upper Bern, carpenter in 1850 census

G Heni
1st tier candidate
George Henny
1800 Bern tax, joiner
possibly m Catherine Scherteel
possibly in the 1777 RW militia, 5th class, Berks Co. Also Capt. Jo. Talbot's Co. from Berks in 1778.
Documentation is mixed, pointing at two possible timelines. One has George b ca 1765, and another having George and Catherine with a son Abraham in 1800. A single parent set is applied to each; Conrad and Catherine. Documentation source is "Some Early Lineages of Berks Co., PA". It's best not to place a lot of weight on the details cited in this source, rather, rely on the 1800 tax record.
2nd tier candidate (too late for the plane ca. 1800 GAWP5.)
George Henny
b 1798 d 1865
1850 census, Upper Bern, carpenter
1865 probate with a lot of planes, 9 planes, 6 planes, 31 chisels, etc., 2 work benches and a carpenter's shop
m Mary (Maria)
Again, the genealogy records are somewhat confusing, so it's best to rely on the 1850 census and the probate information as solid material.
A 1820 deed from Berks, has a George Sr. and a George Jr. which might be better family information than was put forward in the cited source. Unfortunately, their trades are not given.
Additional PA tax lists were searched, and the other two Georges (Heny and Haney) were not in a woodworking trade. A George Heany from Chester County did not have a trade given.
